1. Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Cook in boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
3. Put in a colander and rinse under cold water.
4. Drain off excess water.
5. Mix with a little cooking oil and the rice vermicelli is ready to serve with your favourite dishes.
